Please note:
- CREDIT CARD payments are being accepted! Credit Card payments can be made at the time of registration for a 2.9% + $0.30 charge of your total invoice. By season start you will be able to pay other fees (late fees/no show, etc.) at any time. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU CHOSE TO USE THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FEATURE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF BEING ASSESSED 2.9% + $0.30 CHARGE PER INVOICE FROM THE THIRD PARTY COMPANY-STRIPE. There is an option in the Membership Registration Application for Credit Card payment, please be prepared with your credit card information before beginning the registration process.
- FEE UPDATE: Per the May 2024 Membership Meeting: The first guard unit membership fee is now $775; Percussion/Winds $875. Each additional like unit will be $50 less (ie Guard/Guard; Percussion/Percussion; Winds/Winds).
- CODE OF ETHICS FORM: This will be available later this fall with additional instruction.
- MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATION FORM:This will be available later this fall with additional instruction.

Growth and progress! The North Texas Colorguard Association is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We are looking for individuals to serve as Social Media Specialists and members of the Contest Staff (i.e. tabulation, contest director, unit rep, timing & penalties, sound/announcing) at select 2025 events.
Applications due Saturday, August 24th at 12pm
Applications will be reviewed by the NTCA Board, and contact will be made by the circuit administrator after the review process. NTCA is an equal opportunity employer.

NTCA will entertain proposals from active 2024 members at the biannual membership meeting. Due to new business at the Spring meeting we will not entertain any proposals that make changes to classifications or calendars at the fall meeting. We will also not entertain any proposals that conflict with proposals that either passed or failed at the spring meeting. Results from the spring meeting can be found in the meeting minutes under the NTCA tab within Competitionsuite.
Fall proposals are due Saturday, August 24th at 12pm via the link below.

HOW DO I NAVIGATE?
- First thing is first...to access any 'Directors Only' information you now only need your COMPETITION SUITE login (the Competition Suite login in is the right corner of the webpage or www.competitionsuite.com).
- When in Competition Suite, the links for forms, Directors Only News, and access back to the webpage is in the top left of your Competition Suite menu.
- You can ALSO go from the new NTCA page to Competition Suite and from Competition Suite back to the new webpage with ease.
- You can utilize Competition Suite as in seasons past with the addition of having access to see all of the forms/documents that you may utilize throughout the season in your Competition Suite portal (ie Policies & Procedures, 2024 WGI Rulebooks-when available-, judging lists, promotion grids, meeting minutes, etc.).
- If you already have a COMPETITION SUITE account, you will be able to add any additional personnel as necessary to link to your unit. For example, if you have a band director that needs access to your school, you, as the administrator of your Competition Suite registered unit, can add that person or any other techs/staff, etc. You can also remove any previous staff not working with you any longer, etc. (This is also something I can do for you, but you have the ability and we encourage you to do so.)
- If you are registered in Competition Suite under an incorrect or old affiliation, email me directly and I can change/update for you.
- If your unit has not competed in NTCA, you will have to add them into Competition Suite upon 2024 Unit Registration that begins September 1, 2023.
