  • Review and vote on new proposals submitted by the membership
  • Discussion of proposals tabled to committee during the Spring Meeting (Old Business), including:
    1. Review and restructure of the reclassification committee process
    2. Ban on NTCA promoting units from A→Open or Open→World
    3. Removal of “recaps” from promotion review criteria
    4. Requirement for all reclassification committee members to be present for decisions
    5. Requirement for full judging panels before promotions occur
    6. Automatic placement of Scholastic A units competing in multiple WGI events into National A
    7. Combining RA/AA and SA/AA classes until “compete by” weekend
    8. Staff-only restroom requirements at show sites
  • Reveal of the 2026 Competitive Calendar
