2025 UNIT INFORMATION:
PROSPER HIGH SCHOOL CONTEST UPDATES:
PLEASE STUDY THE EXTERIOR AND FLOOR FOLD MAPS.
ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE TO ACCOMMODATE OTHER EVENTS ON CAMPUS.
IF YOU ATTENDED IN 2024, THERE ARE CHANGES (UPDATED 1.28):
- Unit & Equipment check in are in different locations than the last time, and are noted on the map AT CHECK IN
- Parking for buses and trucks are different, and are noted on the map ATTACHED
- Arena flow is different and is noted with an updated image ATTACHED
- Warmup gyms are the same.
- Prop storage will be in a hallway, props/tarp can enter at the SCHEDULED CHECK IN TIME (NOT BEFORE)
- Floor folding will be outside. Students will exit the Arena and then go outside, so they need to be prepared for that after their performances. OR SNAKE AS CAREFUL AS POSSIBLE ONTO YOUR CART AND REFOLD AT HOME CAMPUS.
- Re-entry will be Unit Check in, which is located two doors down from the Performance exit.
- We will have parking lot guides and a lot of student guides helping navigate this different flow.
ALL UNIT STAFF MUST HAVE MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATION FORM AND THE NTCA CODE OF CONDUCT SUBMITTED ON/BEFORE 1/10/25 IN ORDER TO RETAIN ELIGIBILITY.
UNIT DIRECTORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO VIEW THE SAFETY PROCEDURES UPON CHECK IN AND SIGN THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.
ALL UNITS SHOULD HAVE EMERGENCY NUMBERS AND ALL UNIT INFORMATION IN COMPETITIONSUITE UP TO DATE PRIOR TO ARRIVING TO CHECK IN.
REMINDER TO UPLOAD MUSIC FILES AND COMPLETE THE SPIEL SHEET BY THURSDAY BEFORE THE CONTEST.
UNIT CREDENTIALS:
- Performers with contest issued wristband are complimentary backside seating.
- Additional backside seating or floor/prop crew beyond 10 are $3.00 each - cash or checks made payable to contest host.
- Unit Directors/Staff complimentary with issued 2025 NTCA badge; $15.00 admission without badge.
- School Administrators, Band Directors, Bus Drivers are complimentary with their school issued ID.
SPECTATOR ADMISSION:
- Spectator admission is $15.00 for adults.
- Children 7 and under are free.
- Children age 8 through High School (HS - with Student ID) are $5.00 for front side seating.
- College Students are considered adults and pay $15.00 admission for front side seating.
- School Administrators, Band Directors, Bus Drivers are complimentary with their school issued ID.
