2025 NTCA REQUIRED DOCUMENTS-GUARD, PERCUSSION, & WINDS

Membership Certification and Code of Conduct Forms are ready for you to upload into CompetitionSuite by January 10, 2025 and are found in CS under Resources/Director Packets. Units who have not submitted their Code of Conduct and Member Certification Forms through CompetitonSuite by 1/10/25 will not be eligible for contests until both forms are uploaded. Documents are only accepted through CompetitionSuite.

Documents due by 1/10/25:

• Membership Certification Form- DUE 1/10/25 (in CS under Resources/Director Packets): this form indicates all of your performers, grade (or age-if Independent unit), and how many winter seasons they have participated (scholastic use only).
• Code of Conduct- DUE 1/10/25 (in CS under Resources/Director Packets): this form lists all of NTCA Code of Conduct regulations and provides the signature portion on page FOUR. When uploading into CompetitionSuite, be sure to upload ALL signed pages as one document.
